What You’ll Do as a Caregiver
- Assist clients with personal care activities, such as oral care, bathing, toilet help, dressing, incontinence care, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders
- Light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and vacuuming
- Plan, prepare, and serve meals
- Assist with transfers, walking, or physical activity
- Provide companionship, cheerfulness, and positive support at all times
- Other duties, as assigned

Do You Qualify?
Caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Nova Home Care provides all of the necessary training to be a compassionate caregiver.
To be eligible to work as a personal care aide with Nova Home Care, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Live in Indiana, Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, or Connecticut
- Have reliable transportation
- Pass a comprehensive set of background checks
- Be able to work independently and with minimal direct supervision
- Be able to provide proof of a two-step TB test
- Be able to lift and push up to 40lbs
