Company History

Established in 2016, Nova Home Care is a family-owned home care services agency and an associate company of multiple personal care aide agencies throughout several states across the US, all of which have been owned and operated by the family for more than 20 years, and which are modeled after Nova Home Care’s best practices. Thanks to our partnerships, we also provide support to those looking for a reputable home healthcare agency that can provide skilled nursing and therapeutic services.

Our company is designed based on the theoretical framework of person-centered planning (PCP). The underlying philosophy of PCP is that the client should be involved in the process of planning their care, collaborating with a home attendant agency to find a solution aligned with their needs. In the case where the individual receiving care is unable to participate, their proxy should be a person who cares for them and has adequate knowledge of how they should be treated.
