Company History
Established in 2016, Nova Home Care Connecticut is a family-owned home care services agency and an associate company of multiple personal care aide agencies throughout several states across the US, all of which have been owned and operated by the family for more than 20 years, and which follow Nova Home Care’s standards and practices. Thanks to our strong network of care services, we can also support those who need specialist medical care by connecting them with a reputable home healthcare agency that can provide skilled nursing and therapeutic services.
Our company's philosophy is rooted in the principles of person-centered planning (PCP). At the core of PCP is the belief that clients should actively participate in the planning of their care, working collaboratively with the home care agency to develop solutions tailored to their unique needs. In cases where the care recipient is unable to participate, we invite their representative, a family member with a thorough understanding of their requirements, to take an active role in the planning process.
