Company History
Established in 2016, Nova Home Care is a family-owned home care services agency and an associate company of multiple personal care aide agencies in several US states, all of which have been owned and operated by the family for over 20 years, and which are aligned with Nova Home Care’s industry-leading practices. We also work with our partners to offer support to those looking for a reputable home healthcare agency that can provide skilled nursing and therapeutic services.
Our company philosophy is based on the paradigm of person-centered planning (PCP). This means that the client should be involved throughout the care planning process, collaborating with a home attendant agency to find a solution tailored to their needs. In cases where the individual receiving care is unable to participate, their proxy should be a person who cares for them and understands how they should be treated.
